Juniper IPA's?

    IPAs in alot of sense are like gin and tonics, best when they are dry and fruity with a little herbal/woody/piney kick.
    So adding Juniper to an IPA sounds pretty good if executed well.
    Maybe something like a IPA/Sahti hybrid, call it a nordic IPA or something.

    I, for one, love 395. And it differs by batch. Depends on the availability of sage, and Juniper for that matter. But I find it quite good. And considering the geography, I think it's a cool "local" aspect to flavor.
