Heading down to Jupiter for a few days during my wife's spring break this Saturday through next Wednesday. Looking for some reccomendations on some good bottle shops or breweries around there. We do civil every time we come down, have done twisted trunk and tbc as well. I wanted to check out invasive species and 3 sons, but with it being Easter Sunday I doubt either will be open during my short stay. And in terms of bottle shops, l normally just make one stop at craft beer city. Any new stuff seeing distro that is worth checking out? I think if I remember correctly i saw some Calusa cans last time I was down there. Cycle make it that far south yet? Arkane? Tripping animals? Thanks in advance for any/all information.
Calusa cans aren't available outside of their brewery (unless someone went there and brought some back to share/sell). Haven't seen draft on SE coast except for a special event/festival. Cycle Cream and Sugar and Crank are on tap statewide and in cans now too. Arkane I've never seen in SE Florida. Tripping Animals isn't available outside their brewery except for a collab/event (they did Hop Silo 5 with TBBC so that may be around on tap/cans somewhere) 3 Sons is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and Invasive Species doesn't open until 5pm those days. They haven't announced Easter Sunday hours but I'd check their instagram or call. As far as new stuff in Jupiter, I think you've got most of it covered. Total Wine in Palm Beach Gardens has a bigger selection but I'd check dates of any hoppy beers.
Thanks for the feedback. Last time I was down was right after a festival and the shop I was in had all sorts of "leftovers" for sale as loosies. Or thats at least what I was told. Interboro, Calusa and some evil twin stuff, all for a ridiculous $7 or $8 a can. Looks like the tripping animals collab is still around, I'll be on the lookout for that. Are there any decent beer bars around Jupiter? Along the same lines as boxelder or kush or anything close.
Das beer garden carries a decent number of brews and offers small pours. Quality of beer varies wildly but there are usually a few things worth having. It’s across the street from civil
