Had a great day at Jupiter Craft Beer Fest and was curious to other attendees favorites. I just wish it lasted longer to give people a chance to try as many as possible as some areas were cramped. My favorites in no particular order:

Funky Buddha - always amazed with their core beers but was great to see MBCP and No Crusts
Cigar City - same with their core but really liked Chicory Dickory Doc
Due South - Ginger Snap and Mariana Trench stout
Six Point - they had a bottled sour called Funk Vessel - believe it was a collaboration.
Founders - firkin of their porter brewed with coffee beans soaked in rum
Proof Brewing - all their beer was amazing but was blown away by their Warpath IPA; was one of the best I've ever had. Sucks they're so far away in Tallahassee. Would love to see what others thought of them as I think these guys are going blow up in popularity.

As first said, did not get to try quite a few booths so it would be cool to hear from the rest who attended.

Treasure Coast Brewmasters had 2 amazing beers. Root Beer Porter and Chocolate Brown Porter!! The Root Beeer Porter needs no explaination and the Chocolate Brown tasted like chocolate candy corn! Due Soth's Mexican Sandoff was good as well. I am very biased towards TBC but they had their first ever sour on tap, a Papaya Mango and it was amazing as well! When it comes to Funky Buddha I liked Bonita Applebaum the best. I agree with you on the Warpath but idk if I would say one of the best I ever had. I missed out on the majority of sours bc, as you said, I just couldn't get to every booth to see what they had. Idk about adding more time but a tap list for all they breweries would be very cool. It was an amazing fest though, as usual, thank you Fran for doing this every year!

Dang, I never made it to Treasure Coast. Maybe they'll add an hour next year because it was so great! (I hope they're reading LOL)

    Loved everything from Due South.

Coppertop (sp?) had some nice lagers. Supposedly their opening up in PBC this year.

Fran from TBC is the one that organizes it. I will let him know you suggested it but like I said I would lean toward just comprising a list of everything to be tapped and when so you would know exactly where to go and when. I think a lot of people would say that finding random things on tap is part of the fun though!

I was looking forward to the Founders Chocolate Rum soaked coffee porter more than anything else and it just left me wondering where all the flavors were. Proof did a Rye Barrel Aged Scotch Ale that was fantastic. Unfortunately I missed their other BA options. Funky Buddha's Bonita Applebaum was applie pie in a glass. CCB's Chicory Dickory Chocolate Brown Ale was delicious. Due South's Tropic Ale tasted exactly like a Pina Colada. Greenman had a sour called Maceo that was delicious and a Brewpub only release called Blood of My Enemies(Imp. Red) that was very good. Sixpoint's Hi-Res is an absolutely fantastic DIPA. Also liked what Barleymow brought. I stuck to beers that I hadn't had before instead of trying everything.

Went there looking for all sorts of beer, ended up hitting the stouts and porters mostly.
Swamp Head Midnight Oil, Due South Mexican Standoff ( those chilies, Ay caramba!), Buddha's MBCP, all nice.

    TCB's Chocolate Brown Porter, yummy.

But that freakin firkin from Founders took the prize.

Thanks AGAIN, Fran! The JCBF gets better every year!

Treasure Coast was awesome like Hopscotch said above. I enjoyed founders cask. But the TBC sour was bad ass and I was pleasantly surprised with Mexican Standoff. So many good beers it's tough to get to them all. The only one I can recall not liking was Lips of Faith Wild2. But Fran puts on some awesome events with Field of Beers (one of my favorites) and Beerfest. The jars at FoB were awesome.

I agree about the Founders firkin. As far as I'm concerned they can do no wrong, especially when it comes to porters and stouts. I can't wait to see what they'll be bringing to Hunaphu Day! My friend told me they'll be pouring another Porter firkin with bourbon soaked oak and vanilla beans @ Taps in Naples later this month. I really hope I can make it over there for that one, and hopefully we'll see more firkins from them.

Does anyone know if Rivertown Brewing is distro'd in our area? I really would like to track down some of the Funk Vessel.
