Just bought a wine cooler...

    I just bought this wine cooler for the princely sum of $20: www.beveragefactory.com/refrigerators/wine/dwc172bl.shtml

    This is my first time aging beer and i'm looking to get any advice I can. I've read up on a lot of old threads and think i'm ready to try it out but any additional info would be greatly appreciated!

    sweeeet. 8%ABV+. Maltier is better than hoppier. except for sours. Buy multiple bottles: taste one now, another later.

    Bottling into Wine Coolers turn the real life of a brew. Brewing with replacing the bottles made it now look simple.
