I hate that they don't reference the study and hate that I already know it's a correlation =/= causation conclusion to the study. That being said, I hope it is true. I might drink a little too much to be in that apparently small "sweet spot" mentioned
I'm sure many abstainers have their own way to relax and relieve stress but honestly, I do think the feel-good aspect of alcohol probably plays a part in these findings. It's no small secret that people with less-stress generally live longer and for many people there's nothing more relaxing than coming home from a tough day of work and cracking open a beer.
Man, I hate when they call it Virginia Tech University, it is either Virginia Tech or Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. But I will drink to these findings by some of my fellow colleges as well.
