How does anyone get multiples? One red flag and the other guy ships first, don't see how one guy can hit double digits. Just sayin, killing time at work ready to go home.
Most if not all multiples are imported from old list. The "system" wasn't there to quickly show that a trader had a negative review so others didn't know to avoid. Boss said you're dismissed. Go home!

Multiple trades in a short period of time Multiple traders who were getting nervous are reluctant to call someone out because "life happens" Bad trader threads start pieces start to come together and turn into shit storms Threads are deleted User lays low for a while then comes back with a clean record Newer traders don't know about the past and cycle repeats User lays low for a while again then makes a grand re-entry saying he is going to make good People are trusting again because "life happens" More people get ripped off
