Fellow Bethlehem resident here. The Mint is a pretty cool place; very nice tap list and the food is pretty good. Right next to it is Abe's, which I've never had any issues at (I live within walking distance so I'm there regularly) and is definitely worth a stop. Another spot which may not have the most mind blowing taplist, but is legit as far as the layout and food go, is The Bayou.

Spinnerstown Hotel, as mentioned already, is another spot that I try to hit regularly.

Tanczos is my go-to distributor. Great selection, and the prices are good. Link Beverages is a bit further south in Coopersburg, but it's definitely worth stopping in if you happen to be passing by.

I live just south of Easton, in NJ along the river. I agree with all the above, go to Bethlehem or Allentown Brew Works. Porter's in Easton. But also need to go to Weyerbacher in Easton and Two Rivers too. Two River is new. Then venture south to Milford, NJ to The Ship Inn. We can meet up with you there. Further south is Triumph in New Hope. We go there often also.

I went to http://www.hijinxbrewing.com/home.html on Saturday. I only had time for 2 beers both good, including an IPA not on their website. Great comfortable atmosphere. They are right at the foot of the 8th Street Bridge on Allentown's South Side. Oh, there is a distiller and a Meadery next door to them.
