    For dryhopping a DIPA, I would recommend anywhere from 0.75 to 1 ounce per gallon of beer.

    So if your batch size is 5 level gallons, you could use anywhere from 3.75 to 5 ounces of dryhops. For reference, Pliny the Elder is dryhopped at the rate of 0.75 to 1 oz. per gallon.

    ok if I can get more hops what should I go with for the dry hop, centennials are out of the question there is a huge sort age out here for some reason

    I have heard that a 2:1 mix of Cascade:Columbus is a very good Centennial sub
