I'm heading home from school next week (the beer doesn't seem to be up here) and would love to finally get my hands on a variant or two of this for the holidays. Anyone know who's carrying it in around central NJ? Thanks!
Last year I saw the Port, Sherry, and Calvados variants on the shelves at Oak Tree in South Plainfield. I haven't been back in awhile, but I'd imagine they would still have a few. IIRC they were charging around $10-12 so I can't imagine them flying off the shelves.
I know market place in east brunswick has a bunch, as well as some vintages. give them a call to see what they have in stock.
It's a little further south, but I know the Joe Canals in Burlington on 541 (formerly Samz, formerly Canal's) is carrying some older vintages of the Harvest aged in Calvados, Lagavulin & Port (think 2005 or 2006).
Just saw all of them in spirits crossroads in toms river rt 37 on thurs. 10.49 @ if I remember correctly.
Im heading to Toms River on monday to look at a truck. Is the crossroads spirits the best beer store in the area?
Pretty much...there's another spirits up route 9 in tr but crossroads has a better selection and a growler station
