What’s up with that name? Is it some kind of reference that I’m missing?

I'm thinking it's a play off of the Blood Sugar Sex Magik album by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Unless they're counting on people mistaking this Magnify collab for a Voodoo collab, I wouldn't count on it.

First reaction was an eye roll when I saw the IG post. It’s almost like a parody of a pastry stout title. As opposed to an album title. I really wish Kane hadn’t hopped on the pastry stout bandwagon.

Assuming they will drop some Omna variants this weekend, hence the 10AM open opposed to the 12pm. They know that will likely bring a crowd as well.

Given that the one at Magnify was a reference to Daft Punk I would guess this is right.

Completely agree that Sneakbox is super flavorful at the ABV. It is a phenomenal beer and I've consumed quite a bit of it. It's just that the type of flavor profile isn't what I want when I think about "session drinking". I won't argue with you on Boat - it's probably my favorite go-to beer in the world, but everyone has different palates. Beyond that though, give me a Suarez lager or pale as a session beer. Those also fall under the category of "mildly expressive yeast" for me.

Best enjoyed a la mode, just in case the added sugars weren't already enough...don't forget to buy your ice cream after picking up bottles people.

Would have to be this weekend or they would miss St. Patricks day. I hope its less pastry and more OG variant style. Either way I am out of town barring some epic shut down of NYC where I can't get to my GFs due to more coronavirus.
100% Hecto and Homespun are absolutely incredible, obviously as well as Qualify and Palatine. I need to get up there and get myself some cans!

Had Hecto at Tørst this weekend and it was absolutely incredible. I will also go against the grain and say Sneakbox is sessionable, its probably not the first thing that jumps to mind but I think its got the right amount of bitterness to be refreshing but not enough to fatigue your palate.

Kane’s been teasing their coolship beers for like 2 years now. Gotta start seeing some soon right?

Ughhhh I'm so tempted to go. Thanks for this.

Too bad Cape May is "too fucking far" for like 85% of everyone living in NJ (including me in South Jersey). Cape May is a world-class birding spot though....maybe I'll hit two birds with one stone. I'll have to think about it.

EDIT: didn't realize i made a pun. sorry folks. was not intentional but i'm just gonna leave it there.:poop:

Take your feeling and multiply it by 20 for someone living here in Union County!

Too bad it’s not just a stone’s throw away.
