Skipping this. Waiting for some Christian Patrick, or Through empty space. Hopefully not too long of a wait.

Sideshore is great! I got a can of that and the Italian pils staring me down each time I open my beer fridge. Got SBX, Double Ripple, and Fresh Hot Coat myself this weekend. SBX is drinking great, better than the batch I had gotten a few months back. Double Ripple is amazing, and thus continues my love for the southern hemisphere hops. I opened a Fresh Hot Coat Saturday after a few other things so I need to revisit to give a fair rating

Same...wating on the Anniversary beer, which they mentioned a few Instagram posts back.

Anybody know what the deal is with ANTEAD this year? Seems last year it was a July / August release.

ANTEAD is ready when it is ready. Some years haven't had an Antead. There are very few beers that kane schedules.

yeah i ended up getting another brunch, but there's never any harm having a bottle of kane sitting around. i usually split them anyway, so i'll give Lights another try. i love pastry stouts but just remember wanting to chug a gallon of water after drinking that one last time.

This, no method to the madness
Haha, yeah I try to split anything I know or assume is going to be overly sweet, I can't do it solo. The Kane BiB on the other hand, no sharing allowed haha

Opened this years Mexican Brunch this weekend. Enjoyed it a lot. Stopped over at Kane and grabbed the Raspberry Cloud Cover and Sabro Pilot crowler. Raspberry CC isn't as fruit forward as it has been in the past but its def good. I LOVED the Sabro pilot beer, was really really good IMO.

Glad to hear about the Sabro. I’m going to grab a couple crowlers. I had the Simcoe last month and was not a fan of it.

yeah I don't know how many of the crowlers they do on this small batches, but I feel like its not many at all. I am kicking myself for not getting a second. I really enjoyed it, hope they turn that into a canned offering

I picked up both Nectaron & Sea Dream Sat afternoon.

Nectaron I had Sat night after eating a bunch of food, it was kind weird to me but also was really full, so I want to revisit it.

Sea Dream I had Sat & Sun afternoon really liked this one a lot

Had some Nectaron over the weekend and it definitely wasn’t my favorite. I got an an odd, almost savory note that I couldn’t get past.

A couple of years ago, I bought a willi becher from Kane that became my go to glass. I loved it because it was hefty and bigger than 16oz. You could pour an entire can into it and still have a little bit of room left at the top. Unfortunately, I broke it over the summer and would love to replace it. Here's a pic of it:

Does anyone know if Kane still has this glass at the brewery? I see that they have willi bechers on their sale page, but it looks a bit different than my old one. The logo looks smaller.

Also, my wife picked me up a 4 pack of SBX from Wegman's in Montvale. I didn't realize Kane was distributing their non-year rounds this far north in NJ, but it's a nice surprise.

Those semi regular cans like party wave and sbx and cloud cover have been seeing some distribution, because they'll sit otherwise I think too long, whereas they sold out before the next weekend pre COVID usually, if I recall correctly.

    Hi
As far as I know whatever merch they have is on the site, and considering it has a 12oz line marker, you're right it's probably not the same.
