while I hate they don’t put it on draft that day/weekend, there are times when they have and it’s not a new thing that they don’t. It’s been that way forever

They posted on Facebook a little while ago that there is still BA SB left. A power outage at 4 PM yesterday shut them down. It's unclear though if it is complete sets or individual bottles. I thought it was interesting that is wasn't completely gone by then though, especially with the craze it generated. On another note, someone made a comment about no backup generator, and how does the beer that needs to stay cold do so in that case?

I believe they have a generator for the fridge. As far as there still being brunch left I think they made a shit ton of it. Personally, i think this is a win for nj craft beer and i would not be surprised if there were some in the fridge for a few days. I am sure people will be upset they won't be able to resell for what they were expecting. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.

Website updated for today. Still shows Brunch being sold as a set.

I figured that an operation like that must have some type of backup power. No way they would jeopardize losing all of the stock.
They must have made a good amount, but it's crazy how the hype makes it seem otherwise, although there really is no way of knowing how much was made or how long it would last. I've heard people were there at 7 AM, but others posted that you could walk up at 10:30-11 and there was no line. I knew I had to work yesterday, so I bit the bullet and paid a mule because there was no way I was turning down 12 hrs pay!

I'm hoping the few days part is right. At least 2 hours, since I won't be able to make it until after 1.

I think you will be fine. There will not be a rush like yesterday and most people who wanted to max out froze their butts off in the rain. Today will be people getting a set or two because their is the opportunity.

    That's what I'm hoping.

Still wish they’d just sell them as individual bottles. That’s why I passed in this.

I think you will have your chance after the sets have sold out. There is no way they had EXACTLY the same amount of each beer. That being said i heard the cognac is stellar.

1:25 pm, no line. Looks to be a decent amount of sets left.

Interested in acquiring a set, but has anyone tried them firsthand yet? Hadn’t seen a ton of reviews/feedback.

*edit- Ah just assumed they were on draft at release, I see now apparently that isn’t the case.

Just opened the object permanence I bought late December. Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Is the narrative that Kane only announced the Sunday Brunch set release two weeks beforehand to gin up interest and create hype now conveniently forgotten since people had plenty of time to purchase seeing as though they were available well into operating hours on Sunday?

I'm sure they did what they needed to to sell their beer.

With the volume available, high limits and early announcement--they must have made an enormous amount. So they needed hype to move the volume, probably. And which of course they can/will sell at a great profit. That is their objective. But if they really wanted hype machine, wouldn't they have done advance notice on other releases as well?

It'll be interesting to see what the next popular beer to come out is. Will the normal eventbrite ones still be online (brunches, ANTEAD, whatever other one I forgot)? Or are they done with eventbrite all together, time will tell.
