Really shitty part of craft beer scene these days.

A guy seemed to be very happy and thankful that he was going to have his first other half beer. You would have thought the guy was given a kidney.

Yeah, I'm 15 minutes away. So not too hard for me to make it there after an announcement

Ugh. This is why we can't have nice things. Hopefully the lower limits meant more people who actually want to drink the beer got some

hahaha, I saw that go down... you must have been close to me. I was there with the 2 little boys who were sitting the steps playing their 3DSs. Yeah dude was stoked to have his first OH can.

Kane really have lines down to a science... I got in line when it was around the back of the building and it still only took 30 minutes. Efficient.

not outrageous IMO (not that I would pay it), but I regularly see offers of $30/4pk for OH and other sought after beers in some of the trade forums...

Anyone know if they sold out of the cans? I got all 3 but was just curious. I saw the bottles sold out.

Everything released today is gone, but I got head high and Sneakbox so I'm satisfied.

Oh shit, did you have your two kids hold your spot when you ran to get the 3ds? If so, I was 2 behind you.

I agree that it's not crazy either. If you wanted to pay retail you would have to pay bridge or tunnel fees and potentially wait in a line. Time is money.

Your other option is getting a pour in a bar in nyc and you would pay $8 to $10 for that and get less than 16 ounces.

It's not so much the price being charged as it is someone using the line at Kane to conduct his/her business. Pretty low class and disrespectful to the brewery IMO.
