I am looking to get some growlers of Kane's brews. Just wondering before I head over there, do they only fill their own growlers or can I bring my own? Also, what type of prices can I expect to pay?

they will fill outside growlers. you can also have 1 sample of each beer when you go, and i believe the fills are about $9, although there might be some slight variation on the price depending on what they have on.

I just stopped there a few weeks ago on my way to a friends house in Barnegat. Picked up a growler of Head High and I thought it was pretty good. Oh and like the previous poster said, they will fill other glass.

Fills are $12 and up depending on the style.

Believe Overhead is $16 for a fill... well worth it.

Wow so odd that almost everyone is correct, Kane will normally fill any 64oz growler. Normal fill prices are $12, Head High...Afterglow...Port Omna...etc. Overhead was $16 and worth it. There are other special beers on sporadically and will vary for a bit more $14-$18, but well worth it.

Agreed with what the above posters said. They will always post on their facebook if they will have one of their pilot batches on tap for a given day. But if you want to try it, get there before opening because it's usually only one 5 gal keg on tap and they will fill growlers of it.

I've heard of people showing up and trying a new pilot batch and buying 4 growlers of it... then the keg gets blown in less than a half hour and nobody else gets to try it... get there early !!!
