I will put Party Wave up there list with any beer out there. Very good! Better than a lot of hyped beers out there. Solid release. I hope it gets added to the regular rotation at some point.

The only thing I don't like about Kane cans (and others like Magnify) is that the cans don't have date stamps on them. Yes we roughly know when these Party Wave and Third Reef were canned but I buy Head High and Over Head cans regularly... it would be nice to look in my fridge and be able to see the dates on the bottom.

I think Kane IPAs hold up very well compared to most. Month old head high cans taste perfectly fine to me. Are they better a week or two after canning? sure. I've noticed other hoppy beers fall off much quicker than Kane's and Carton's as a matter of fact. But I'm with you, party wave might be one of my favorite beers of all time. Something so perfectly delicious and balanced about it.

Yea dates are kind of a must these days. A lot of our fridges are overflowing and it's nice to know the date on the beers in there, even if they're selling at the brewery as soon as they're released. I'd like this to be adopted as the norm across the board going forward.

In a liquor store I won't buy undated bottles/cans anymore. Breweries are a little different and not as urgent but I'd like to see adopted as common practice nonetheless

Pretty sure that's to do with mobile canning lines not being the best at preventing oxygen in compared to breweries with in house lines, see alchemist or treehouse

Kane has in-house canning line right? I believe Magnify does too.

That Party Wave is at least 4-5 days old. No one should go buy some.

    NO ONE.

With this super heat wave, I would now kinda be a little worried about how long it will last, I would bet a ton of people will be out today now

I don't see weather being a factor, it's still Thursday after all. I however really wish I had friends in South Jersey. Really want to go but it'll be a nightmare drive after getting out of work at a little after 5 and then if by chance I missed it after all that, it would be a "disappointing" ride back home with only head high and a sneakbox growler

Overhead is there too right now.

But I hear you about having a south Jersey connection. Between Kane and Carton I've already driven down there 3 times this month and that was BEFORE Carton released SUPEREGO so now I might need another trip.

IDIPA was good, EGO was all over the place for me and just wasn't my cup of brew. I'll probably pass on Super.

I know overhead is there and it's good but I prefer my excess of Magnify big IPAs

How quickly did the line move? Can you provide an update on lines and availability of cans?

    I'll answer my own question.

No line, plenty of cans left of both beers

To put things in perspective, if each transaction took a minute, that's 20 mins.

I've waited in line to get rung up at the supermarket longer.
