    very true, also why larger breweries can have 800 bbl fermenters outside, baking in the summer sun, and still have 32 degree beer inside...assuming they also have a massive chiller. The chiller will work harder in higher ambient temperatures, but as long as it's properly sized with efficient piping, the tanks won't know the difference. Brewhouses, tanks, bottling lines and canning lines and other flashier equipment generate all the excitement, but if you can't make things hot (boiler) and make things cold (chiller and glycol piping) you don't have a brewery.

    Have the HH cans yet to last through the following week or are they usually sold out by Sunday? Also, it looks like they come out every 2 weeks? At the beach now and trying to predict if they will have any this week.

    Hit or miss. Last round made it past the first weekend but dead before the following Sunday, I believe.
