Kane Brewing (June 2016)

I saw your post on FB and have notifications on, so if you want to do it there also, go for it. I'm about 5-10 minutes away myself.

 

Bummer on the cans. Was hoping to grab some after work tomorrow. Was gonna make the hour plus trip.

 

Sorry - I am unreliable. They only had single digit cases and they were gone by 520 or so.

Cool! Is it good or what? I was at a local bar last night that had HH on tap and I went for one, knowing I had cans at home. Head High is exactly what I look for in an IPA and at 6.6% I can have more than one. What a time to be alive.

 

It's good. It's better than I remember. Consistently, I take Head High for granted just because I can find it anywhere. I need to stop doing that.

 

I'm in the same boat. I'm always at the brewery and pass it up for other IPAs but every time I go back to it it blows me away how well made and fantastic it is. It's just an exemplary example of an IPA.

 

Think they'll be canning more for Saturday? I was hoping to grab some.

Looks like you have to slum it with 077xx, 077 Mosaic and boat. Looks like you are in for some tough times

 

Anyone try the Citra. I have a friend who is saying its the best batch they have brewed yet.

Got a crowler of Citra Pale Ale at Roger Wilco in Pennsauken, NJ. Place is awesome, they always have Kane and Carton on the crowler/growler station. Hop Lab Citra Pale Ale is the best pale ale I ever had.
