Agree ... but I wish they'd keep their Carton cans in one place. Shouldn't be a scavenger hunt. Just my $.02.

What's on tap at the brewery? Want to grab some galaxy 077 and stop for a Kane growler on the way.

If anyone is interested in meeting up, I plan to hit Kane at 12 and then go to Carton.

Wish I could. Heading off to PA for the weekend. It's a great day to have full pours of Citra.

Grabbed a Morning Bell pour and a growler of Citra then shot up to Carton. I'll report back on Citra, this would be the 3rd batch I've tried. Michael Kane said he's aiming for year round on it.

Damn I wish I could've met up and gotten some Galaxy today. Alas, not in the cards.

It's unreal that Morning Bell is still on. I love not allowing fills on it - keeps it around for everyone to try.

It's the best batch ever and it's still missing something?

Fair point. I don't really need a big mouthfeel on my my <6% beers.

Never had. Now, I don't like my pale ales watery, but I don't mind them to be refreshing and on the lighter side.

It's funny you mention this beer in particular. Eureka w/ Mosaic is the only Treehouse beer that didn't do it for me by Treehouse standards

When you FINALLY have Daisy Cutter from Half Acre and realize halfway through, you'd rather it be a Kane Citra Pale Ale...

I talked to someone this weekend that was waiting outside Kane at opening on Saturday. There was quite the crowd. They were waiting for bottles of Mexican Brunch to drop. When they were told there would be no bottles or cans, everyone left. the guy I spoke to plans on going back every Saturday until it is released.

I hope that they come out and tell everyone no bottles and then release the bottles an hour later.

This has been ongoing since the morning Sacre Coeur was released. A rumor started spreading that Brunch was going to be released that day, and I'd say there were somewhere around 40-50 of us there by 11:30ish. Turned out Brunch wasn't released, but Sacre was. It seems every week has gotten a little bit more crowded, and even the first Thursday was crowded with people expecting it then.

With that said, I've never seen anyone just leave at noon when no release was announced. I never specifically paid attention, but it appears that everyone that is there that early is at least going inside to get a pour and/or growler fill.

I pray they do. I was lucky enough to make Sunday Brunch's release and don't think I'd do it again unless it was convenient. I work 5min from Kane M-F but just have no interest in going back down the shore on a Saturday.
