I wasn't claiming it was the norm, only citing an example of a successful release in the format.

Alesmith has had a pretty successful run of almost exclusively 750s, also.

I'd rather buy a 750 of Overhead bottled on their current equipment than wait for new equipment to get running to have the option.

Went through 2 bottles of Trillium this weekend by myself. Love the format! If I could, I would grab 6-8 bottles of their IPA/DIPA's every month and be very content!

Hopefully right in time for warm spring weather. I hope they can a lot so its not like every other place. I can't take lines any more.

The first run of Head High lasted a couple weeks. Until they start throwing the limited stuff in cans, it'll last long enough to grab some.

Sorry but you are totally wrong. Head High cans, 600 cases, were released October 10th and sold out that weekend.

I didn't get any so you are probably right. Anyway, Carton has been releasing enough cans these days to have them in stock for quite awhile/almost continually, which is nice. I'd like to see places like Kane get there eventually.

If Kane could get even close to that level NJ would have some of the best readily available canned IPA in the country. With their own canning line no reason they couldn't IMO.

They lasted until the next weekend in fact. They were released on a Friday (10th), and there were still cans the next Friday (6th). So they lasted at least 3 1/2- 4 Kane business days. Still a very fast sell out for a beer you can always get a growler fill of at Kane.

First canning hype and all that. I assume Overhead's first release will be the same.

October 10th 2015 was a Saturday. Their facebook post for Friday Octobeir16th says cans are sold out. But no need to split hairs it was a super quick sellout.
