    Kane Brewing: http://www.kanebrewing.com/

Address: 1750 Bloomsbury Ave, Ocean Township, NJ 07712
We are located behind the Ocean Plaza Shopping Center off Route 35.

Tap Room Hours: Thursday: 5 pm to 8 pm, Friday: 5 pm to 8 pm, Saturday: 12 pm to 7 pm, Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm

Tours: Tours of the brewery are given at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Guided tours last approximately 15-20 minutes. Self-guided tours are continuously available during our Tour and Tasting hours. No charge

They DO NOT allow any tour buses, limousines, party groups, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc. in the brewery for tours and tastings. We have limited space and do not have the staff to handle large unexpected groups even with a prior reservation.

Current Tap List: Facebook is updated before retail hours with current Tap List. Year round beers includes Head High, Overhead and Single Finn.

Growler Fills: Beer prices vary depending on style but range from $7-$20+. The cost of the growler is an additional $10 for one-liter, and $12 for two-liter. Yes, Kane fills growlers from other breweries as long as it has a government warning, labeled volume, and a Kane Brewing Co. sticker can be applied for regulatory compliance.

Can and Bottles Sales: Limited release 750ml bottles for sale at the brewery as well as cans. Check Facebook (must have Facebook account), Twitter, or Instagram for up to date list. Solitude, our 9.2% Belgian-style dark strong ale, will now be available at the brewery in 750ml bottles on an (almost) year-round basis.

They offer a few varieties of their beer to be purchased in sixtel (5.2 gallon kegs). In addition to the cost of the beer, there is a $30 cash deposit required for the keg that will be refunded upon its return.

Yeah they are "processed" to a certain extent, dried etc., not just picked and shipped like "wet" hops. But they are not pelletized like the majority of hops used. They smelled amazing, I'm looking forward to the beer.

i know it's been brought up a bunch... but man... really why do more threads have to get created each month or every other month or whatever... has to be the stupidest practice i've ever seen... oh no a thread has 5,124 pages... people won't see the sticky post on pg1!

I think the 2 month threads have been better than the monthly ones IMO

well Port Omna day was second weekend of March in 2017, I think, so that could be this week or next week. Also they dropped the Aslin collab that same day was that last year.. oh how I miss thee, Waimea Punch

1 thread for the life a place would be best...

port omna is a great beer.. look forward to that this year and any variants that may pop up... would be cool to see some more variants on tap at places that get the base... the variant cans last year sold out what seemed to be really quickly or maybe it was just me... idk i know i was in line and they kept coming out... x is gone... y is gone.... z is gone... only have base! all within like 25 mins

Yeah Coconut sold out first, by like 2pm or earlier I think. B/c I got there right after open, got 1 of each and my cousin got there a little later and missed the coconut by a few people while I was getting a pour

I will say I think the monthly or every two month threads are great.

I don't quite understand what issues people take with them? Is it having to re-watch them every other month and unwatch (if need be) the previous one?

Don't care either, but I think the biggest reason to have new threads: someone mentioned that you can't edit the first page post as brewery info and nearby restaurant info is updated. I find those the first page posts to be a tremendous resource. So I am all for a new posts every month
