Coconut is insanely good and the orange/vanilla is more balanced and better than last year. Reminds me of 2 years ago version. Haven’t tried the whiskey yet

 

just missed the whiskey and luckily got one of the last few of coconut..

 

realized yest I got a can with no label, I think its a Whiskey variant, but I'm not 100% sure, guess I will know when I open it

I realized I never got my dot on this thread since we started the new months again and have been missing alerts.

Not the biggest Port Omna fan, but happy to see Kane is still putting out awesome stuff and sticking with a relative schedule for those who are

 

just cracked open a christian patrick for the snow day and i think this year's batch is damn near perfection. honestly prefer it over any stout i've had with adjuncts added (including Treehouse HOTS, somewhere something, and Vanilla SS)

kane is so well rounded.

 

this gives me hope that my one cpat i have left is okay and my first bottle was an anomaly.

 

issues with a bottle?

i have had 2 or 3 and they are all very good.

I have previous years CP still, didn't buy this years since I had a bottle or 2 from the previous, but wish I had now.

Yes, coconut omna is great, even better than last year IMO. It was the best one last year I thought. Last years Orange/Vanilla was too much orange for me but this year is way more balanced and is super good!

 

yeah, had a very metallic and medicinal taste, actually ended up dumping out half the bottle cause i couldn't make my way through it.

 

Okay, new bottle. Definitely tastes much better .Nice smokey taste.

Any idea when the ANTEAD lottery is this year? If I remember last year was about this time frame or earlier.

 

much like the majority of Kane's beers - there isn't a normal release date/range for ANTEAD.

I think last release before March 2017 was December 2015?
