If Overhead is "just ok" I would love to know what DIPA's you think are good to great.

And has anyone heard anything about another can release for Head High? I assumed they would have Iron Heart coming in monthly for this but have not seen or heard anything since the initial release over 5 weeks ago.

I love the nose on OH but I don't think the taste lives up (for me). To be fair, I prefer singles to double IPAs in general anyway.

According to my untappd, I'd take an Odub, Green Diamonds, Afterimage, Full-Stack, or Sip of Sunshine first. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy a nice Overhead, but I think relative to its competition Head High is a clearly better beer, to me.

Not a fan of Overhead either. It's a little medicinal. Head High is friggin' awesome though, top notch IPA.

Was hoping that with Iron Heart doing canning for Other Half, they would swing by Kane for more Overhead Cans. Wonder if there is a reason they haven't done another run yet.

Yea, I find it interesting they have no done another canning run. Maybe they are still working out kinks.

Very true, especially considering they said they planned to can as often as possible and they have yet to can in almost two months now. Weird.

There were several people complaining about the taste of the original canning of Head High. They may be trying to address that issue before canning again.

Hard to believe 1460 is still around with how good it is.

I really hope with how much 1460 is still around will reflect on the amount of base ANTEAD.

This won't matter at all. There is no demand for the anniversary beers. They could make 50,000 bottles of ANTEADs with a 2 bottle limit to make it last weeks ans it will still be a total shit show. This is going to be like old school Capt. Lawrence releases where people show up at midnight or earlier.

I wouldn't say no demand. I was there the day of the release inside and the line outside lasted hours.

The only reason I think they wouldn't be canning regularly was due to everyone saying canned head high tasted like band aids. Maybe they're trying to figure out what happened?

If we could only bring back those bottle shares along with it. Miss those.

Yeah I miss the guy yelling at the crowd to find out who stole his brass fittings and the guy who nobody knows who he was or how he got there almost get hit numerous times because he was wandering in the street.

In all honesty, I do miss those shares, it seems like so long ago and the douchebaggery that is running rampant nowadays wasn't there, it was all about sharing good beers. *Ends get off my lawn rant*

It was also their anniversary party with lots of special offerings. It's around almost 2 months later, I'm sure we can agree that will not happen with Sunday Brunch or ANTEADs no matter hiw much is made.
