Ugh...not only was it bottled in 2018, it was released in 2018. I don't get why brewers want to emulate vintners.

 

Anybody heading over tonight to see if remnant ANTEAD bottles are silently released ? Or should I have kept my big fat mouth shut..

with most of the staff it looks like at GABF would be shocked if they had a big release this weekend

 

Hoping this doesn't sell out and there are leftover bottles..the Belgian quad is always one of my favorites

 

Had the 2190 on tap for the first time during the antead release, phenomenal beer.

 

I missed out on ANTEAD due to not being able to make it over there that weekend, but I should be able to make this.

 

why don't you just try via the event? I don't think it will be tough to get based on the ANTEAD success rate.

 

that's my plan.
I usually like to get a few of the belgians and open then spuratically to see how they evolve over the years.

 

I will be driving the struggle bus down there that Sunday, I am in my friends wedding the night before

 

generally these are smaller runs right? At least that's what's been mentioned in the past. Surprised announcement came so early...is it a full can run?

 

Cans have been lasting a lot longer,I believe the last few went well into sunday. Maybe even Thursday

 

at a case and early i would assume this is a big ol' run

 

the sticker versions of HH/SB were usually smaller batches, or at least i could have sworn that's what Glenn has mentioned on some of the runs. which is why i asked.

(i've also been shut out of an Imperial Sneak run when arriving before 3PM on a Saturday)

 

Silver medal today for ANTEAD at GABF

 

Pretty empty here. Steady stream of people coming to grab imperial sneakbox and going. No line though. No clue how much though, as its being sold up front.

 

Begs the question, who got the gold (assuming ba stout?).
