    Flying Saucer is open until 2am on Fridays, probably a good bet. District Pour House is open until 1:30am.

    I will be in town for a short period and have a couple of hours to burn on a Friday night. If I am only to hit up one brewery would BKS be the recommendation?

    BKS is probably the best brewery in town, so yes. Keep in mind they close pretty early, usually at 9pm I think? KC Bier Co. is right down the road from them and they do excellent traditional German beers. I would highly recommend stopping at both in the same night.

    It looks like there are no breweries in KC open past midnight on Friday nights, any chance I missed any?

    Apparently, we all like going to bed early around here.

    City Barrel is open until Midnight Friday and Saturday, but that's about it for breweries.
