Hey there homebrewers of Kansas, I am currently doing a school paper on how homebrewing laws that restrict homebrewers from removing their beer out of their house and how those states don't even allow hombrewer's clubs, supply stores or even allow them to enter competitions or festivels . In the paper I am going to foucus on why these law's hurt hombrewers and how theses restrictions hurt local homebrew communitys.What I would like is your thoughts on the bill HB2223 and how strict Kansas is with the current law, like are there homebrew supply stores or are they not allowed.
