Oh, I believed you.... I'm just guessing they were supposed to hold it until Monday... but it's HEB, most aren't blessed with anyone that really knows anything about beer.

So how was it! Did it blend well or was the wine flavor really pronounced... I'm not a big wine lover.

 

The local HEB beer guys here are pretty knowledgable. I'm not a huge saison fan but this one was enjoyable. I'll buy another to stash in the cellar. A nicely done beer.

 

If anyone is looking for BBA Hellfighter. I was surprised to see it on the shelf at kroger on 43rd and Ella. (After my purchase 1 bottle each of 005 and 003). $13 and change.

I just called and they said they had none.

 

When did you make said purchase? I know someone bought 4 Hellfighter 003 from there last night and said they cleared the shelf.
