It's finally happening. Karbach is unleashing another round of Bourbon Barrel Hellfighter on Monday, December 14th. This time is the base with no additions in bourbon. We will have this at the Smith St. location at 10AM when we open. Limit is 2-22oz bottles per person. Plan on there being a good sized line, because Southern Star is also releasing Black Crack that morning as well. As always, I'm posting as much information as I have to share to help those looking to find what they want. There is a decent amount of this out there, but not enough to supply demand I'm sure. Just popped a bottle, and this batch seems a bit thin to me. Still solid but I feel like they have done better before. Anyone else thinking this?
I may new to the BBH family but the latest release was great! Shared a bomber with a buddy and we were highly impressed. This release and the event Trigave are both winners!
sorry man, only other option I can think of is the Whole Foods on Voss, they still had some of the Vanilla a Month after it was out, they might have some of the regular variant. Unfortunately Specs doesn't list this on their site, so hard to tell if they have any at any of their stores. I think I have 2 of the Vanilla variants at home, if she is going to be in town thru Friday pm me and I will check tonite when I get home, willing to give up one of them
You can try the Kroger off of Westheimer and Montrose. No one buys craft beer there, so BBH tends to sit on the shelf.
