I had my last one within the last month and really enjoyed it still.

FWIW, I also liked 004 (haven't had one since the summer though)

 

Tasted like buttered saison with white wine in there somewhere.

 

Rockwells in cypress needs to tap their bodacious keg that they have sitting for a rainy day...

 

Ah.. might need to drink mine tomorrow then. No need to keep it around degrading.

 

Yeah, I plan on popping a couple open for Thanksgiving too.

 

How is this place? The ladies family lives real close to that in Cypress.

 

Rockwell is nice and laid back. Really good food and family friendly as well.

Closes pretty early though.

 

Always a good selection on tap, growlers to-go, food is good... King bubba burger is legit

 

Finally got to town and cleaned out the Specs in Kingwood

 

Got one of these from Matt. Intended to save it but didnt buy any beer today and wanted one. Fuck this is good. Excited as hell for the 006 he sent now.

 

Oddly I didn't see this Black Friday at Specs. I was too excited and forgot about it.

I do need to find a few more bottles.

 

When I was in kroger at 11th and shepherd on Sunday there were 4 cases of 007 sitting on the floor for the taking... if anyone is still looking, probably still some bottles left...

Mr. Chow - if you're planning on going to Austin any chance you have space for a few bottles stuff no longer available to us Houstonites?

Anything I can no longer get in Houston... looking at last week's "to-go" list, Boxer's, Oi Oi, Funk Metal, but i guess your bottle limit on all those beers is already taken up.... ?

maybe sometime next year i'll get the chance to go over and pick up some beer and get to try AR....
