Their restaurant is now open, and I really enjoy it. The menu is great, and the place is really well run. This is one of the better bars/restaurants in town with good beer now. Just in case you where not aware, check it out. Korean Fried Chicken with house made kimchi was killer. That is all

Don't know, had the $10 Fried Korean Chicken which was more than enough. Look at the entire menu:wink:

I stopped by for a bit Friday to check it out. I didn't eat but did get a couple beers there. They had a bourbon barrel aged Hop Delusion that was very good. They also had a tequila barrel aged version but the tap wasn't working so I was unable to try it.

    sooooooooo

what's the point of having VEGAN beans (which don't seem to be elsewhere on the menu) alongside pork pastor tacos?

    Vegan beans are higher quality.

$19 for gnocchi? That is a bit expensive. I hate when restaurants mark up Italian so much, pasta is pretty cheap.

I don't know which I find more amusing: that $22 half chicken or the bacon in the first "veggie plate."

Yeah all those entrees look way over priced for a brewpub/brewery. 19 for fish and chips???? I was going to suggest going there with family this weekend while in town, think I'll pass now.

I'm still curious, but then I'm reminded of how much I dislike their beer.

The fish & chips is massive. Could easily feed two people, which I saw many others doing.

Also, some of you people will complain about anything, give it a try before whining about it

The problem is the average person will see a place with $19 fish and chips and say no thanks. If the portions feed two they should learn to portion and price appropriately, don't tell me to expect an entree to feed two. It will always be a better business model to cut that portion in half and charge $13, a price that seems reasonable, and sell two entrees.

OK, fine forget I tried to post anything good about a business I like. There prices really are not outrageous, maybe a little on the high side, but I know of lots that are the same or more. Carry on (only slightly sarcastic):stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah, a $22 meal. Sure no one here has ever spent $20 on an unnecessary bottle of beer.

    So...is the food actually good?

For those prices, it better be a damn good meal. I don't mind paying more for something that is worth it...but not pay more just because.
