KBS 2014 tapping event threads (Mid-Atlantic)

    Let's face it, none of these are going to be sparsely populated, so it makes sense to just post info so we BA'ers can get to them too!

    In NYC, KBS is being tapped at Rattle & Hum on Tuesday, April 1st @ 6 PM (I believe). Any others?

    Yeah, if I know them they'll start selling tickets at 5:00, tap a '12 FIS at 6:00, '12 FBB at 6:30, maybe a Bolt Cutter at 7:00, maybe a Curmudgeon's Better Half at 7:30, and then KBS at 8:00.

    When I was a craft newbie in 2011 I walked in there on an April Saturday afternoon, maybe 10 people in the bar , saw KBS on menu, said to myself, "hmmm, I have heard this is good" and ordered some. Could have had as much as I wanted. Looks like times have really changed.

    Will RnH be completely jam packed?

    Double Windsor tapping KBS and bunch of other Founder's stuff on Wed. April 9th. Usually not too bad of a shitshow there - Was there for the Anna tapping a few months ago and managed to get 4 glasses without much waiting. Cash only.

    I'll probably be there at 11:30, seeing as I really like this beer - but not enough to drive all over town trying to find a four pack. I'd be satisfied to enjoy a glass with some friends and leave it at that.
