Seems lots of people out of state are enjoying this, but for the life of me, I can't find it on tap anywhere in this area. Anyone seen it?

I hear BFDs is going to tap their keg soon. You only have to buy a $10 ticket, paint your face red and purchase $50 worth of Flying Dog Raging Bitch to get a 3 oz pour.

Screw the KBS! That 2010 Nemesis is the reason to be hitting the Shark Club on Thursday!

Michael Symon's Roast in Detroit has been cellaring a 2012 (?) KBS keg that they should be tapping soon.

They've had that on their menu for over a year. I'll believe it when I see it.

Seems like they are waiting for everyone else to tap theirs first so they can hold out, watch the pricing, and pillage

Ehhhh... I dont think they care about pillaging people, they are Roast, not BFD.
Not sure they have that keg anymore either

It's a little more difficult to acquire them now, but that may not be a bad idea for the next limited thing. A tasting upstairs and the bottles sold downstairs.

And what they're making you buy with the KBS pour. Last year was kinda BS.

Are you thinking of Clubhouse BFD? I was at Bettys for a beer today and talked to the bartenders about the release. No mention of any conditions attached. Every time I was there for a specialty release, it was first come, first serve. Unless it will be part of a "beer dinner", but that seems unlikely.

The bolded part is starting to piss me off as its becoming more frequent and outrageously priced..

Last year OEB made you buy some appetizer and something else with KBS. Basically a $15 pour of KBS.

Clubhouse was worse, but we'll leave them out of this discussion.

I thought about going there as its a little shorter drive for me..But in the end, a chance to have 2010 Nemesis made my decision easy...

It's an 70 mile drive to the shark club for me vs passing Betty's on the way home from work. I'd love to have the Nemesis, but with the storms tonight the driving will be a bitch.

Isn't it illegal to sell growlers of someone elses beer?
    Oh well..

I'm interested to see what happens at OEB tonight, I'll swing by - just hope I dont leave in a pissy mood being forced to buy a bunch of other shit for a pour of KBS. At least it's not BFD.
