KBS Draft in Metro Detroit?

question..Is there any attachments to getting the KBS? Meaning, do we have to buy an appetizer or something to buy it? Thanks

Oh hell yeah. KBS and Backwoods Bastard, here I come.

 

Just got to OEB. Still a few sets at the bar. Otherwise, about 1/4 full. Confirmed that no other purchases needed.

OEB is officially OUT of KBS.

 

It kicked in twenty minutes?

 

They started filling tulips about 20 minutes before and went down the row handing them out at 6. Told they had about 130 pours.

 

Untapped is filled with OEB checkins with feedback like "KBS is totally like BB9000 - awesome!"
SMH.

 

So OEB had what, 6 gallons? Glad I didn't venture out for it.

KBS blew in about an hour at Shark Club..Was $8 for an 8oz pour..

 

What did you guys think of the Nemesis? I'm surprised about the KBS, I thought we got ours after 7 but I guess it was around then and the waitress didn't say anything. It wasn't that crowded.

 

I expected better..was the first time I had it..was way to sweet for me, and I like sweet beers..Thinking about it, it may have been 8pm as I had a nemesis and oatmeal stout on nitro after KBS...So your probably right..

 

Nemesis is going downhill IMO. I thought it was much better 3-5 months ago.

One guy at the bar did manage to down his first glass and get a second glass in a period of about 5 minutes.

I felt like doing this to 90% of the crowd there last night. Definitely a bunch of 2012ers (this is who were are supposed to blame when Chicago isn't option, correct?)
