Only have had 1 KBS and it was a '14 just a few weeks ago (so a year old). It was definitely one of the best I've had. I just picked up two '15s and I'm drinking one fresh and aging the other for about a year.

I've got 2.5 packs left of 2015. Not a huge fan as of now so I will try back in 3 months or so.

Your poll question doesn't match the true intention of your question. Plenty of people cellar it and others, but that doesn't mean it is better aged than fresh.

I never understood why people "cellar" beers unless they just don't want to open the bottle and can say they have one. Maybe they are just curious to taste what happens to it after sitting even longer. KBS has already been aged for a year underground in barrels. That being said, I am holding on to a few (for the first time) just to see if there really is a difference. Probably check the '15 out again in 6 months.

I like to drink it fresh. I mean why would you wait there is not a lot of coffee or barrel it just turns into a chocolate bomb!

Do not drink either! Send them to me. The beer has gone bad!

I have aged it and it was a waste of time and money. Please learn from my mistake, haha.

Definitely fresh. Aged loses a lot of the coffee/chocolate, but the bourbon shines through.

Drink it fresh unless you have extra for "science". It's damn near perfect out of the gate - well balanced. I don't see time really doing much for it, it's not overly boozy.
