KBS fresh or aged?

    Just had a bottle of last years this week in was amazing and smooth. Drink it fresh if you've never had it if your getting a case why not sit on a few to try down the road?

    I personally dislike aged KBS. Its already pretty mellow, loses is coffe flavor, but the chocolate does come out with age.

    Two nights ago I had a bottle from '14 (very smooth, but little coffee left) and one from '16 (loads of bitter coffee). Both very good in very different ways, but KBS with 1 year on it is the sweet spot for me.
