Beer (or alcohol) cannot be served in logo'd glassware in Michigan (although there's a few small breweries who do), so any KBS glasses would be for sale separately.

Yes...it's one of the old post-Pro antiques, probably preventing breweries from "buying" bar loyalty by supplying glassware. Until recently, Michigan also did not allow illuminated beer signs either (such as neon, etc.)...the only neons you'd see here were for N/A beer like Molson Exel or Sharps, etc. As for KBS glassware, they still may sell it...just can't serve beer in it.
