Might as well get its own thread.

Mueller had it today - already sold out.

Also at Barton Hills Foodmart - limit 2

Will anyone be selling 4 packs?

Should try Wholly Cow on S Lamar right by Barton Hills Food Mart or call them. I've got my 3 and won't be after anymore, but they sometimes get stuff too.

Ugh...is this going to be one of those beers? I will hold out until 4 packs...and if i don't get any, oh well. Not worth fighting over 12 oz.

I have been in there once and I liked the place. But, they are quickly going up to the level of hatred that the flag store is at.

The dirty little secret of the north. I can't bring myself to go in there any more.

$10 a single is ridiculous. I'll just trade for it if its going to be that hard

That's how I feel. I'm not chasing KBS. Ya, its good, but plenty of other BA stuff available locally

Amen, you could easily land this fairly easily with trading Texas goodies.

^Never thought I would be able to say that ^

And most sold out in 30 min....as well as the others charging 10 bucks for them. Not worth it. There is a difference between hard to get and not worth it it get.

KBS has come and gone in 15min. There was a line when the truck came. Founders just needs to make more beer! Sorry

As I said. Not worth it.

Walked into the valero/barton hills foodmart, with the founders truck parked directly in front. Was told it just sold out, like 20 minutes after tweeting.

Then decided to wait at sola wine and spirits for an hour and half for the truck, finally had to give up but they offered to hold one. I was not able to get back before 5, so I dont know if that actually happened.

Giving up for now. I've never had this before, but there's been no shortage of awesome BA stouts in the past few months, so I'm not gonna cry.

Well back in my day I used to land KBS with Buried Hatchet. Times were a mighty bit simpler back then.

I'll be on the lookout for this at the more reasonable places tomorrow, not going to go too crazy to land some. Same with Sucaba if there's anything left.

If I don't get any it's not the end of the world.

It will be nice when Texas gets to the point where every beer release is not sold out within 30 min and we actually get things in 4 and 6 packs like most states.

Oh well, I guess that comes with time and getting more selection. I find it humorous people were waiting in line for a 12 oz beer for an hour plus solely for a beer that sells in 4 packs everywhere else. Same goes for Bourbon County.

I was just talking about this to someone. Even if PtY came to Austin I wouldn't stand in a 2 hour line at a bar, much less a 9/10 hour line.
