KBS in DC area

As of about a half hour ago, TW Fairfax and TW Chantilly both had around a case left.

 

As of about 45 min ago, Alexandria appeared to have about 3 cases left.

 

McLean TW has a little less than a case remaining.

 

Anything in DC yet?

 

Most of the guys at Chevy Chase are great, but there's one douche that I can't stand don't know his name though.

 

FFX whole foods posted 2 bottles per Wednesday with a keg on Thursday (no growlers)

 

Awful to see 5 cases and I could only get one bottle. Whole Food Alexandria is getting their weekly shipment today but the guy (probably not the right guy) I spoke to yesterday was not sure if KBS was included. Might try to swing by today.

 

Where did they post this? I only ask so I can somehow follow it in the future.

 

Just spoke to Nolan. Rodman's has it. He say's 2 bottles, but 100% of the time (3 for 3) he's given me a limit over the phone it's been cut in half by the time I make the 20 minute drive to get there. Expect to get a plastic 2 oz. cup of KBS and you'll leave happy.

Hahaha I just had the link copied but someone beat me to it. The page is slowly getting reclusive with larger releases (probably because of the swarm of people), but he keeps pretty current with their tap lists which is worth following alone.

 

FWIW, TW Sterling and Chantilly still have stock.

 

called Whole Foods P Street - they got it in this morning and are out. Will not be getting any more. Please stop calling about this stupid beer (her words, not mine)

 

P streets customer service has really gotten terrible lately. I posted an awful experience I had with the ferry rye release, and now employees are getting rude when customers ask about items they sell

 

That's fine... WFM-Pst is a PITA to get to anyway, unless it's late at night or early on a weekend morning. If they don't want my business, I *really* don't have to give it to them.

 

We should all call over there and ask about it right now.

 

That's exactly what I was thinking, and get all of our coworkers to do the same thing.

 

I hope you got her name, called back and specifically asked for her 30 times and asked for KBS in 30 different hard to understand accents.

Ask for Randy. Not sure if he still works there, but he's always been helpful when I've dealt with him.

 

Is there an iPhone or Android app to record conversations? This could get amusing.

 

WF in Clarendon still had some as of 3:00 (in the upstairs bar, 1 bottle limit, $8/bottle).
