Probably the first week in April but could be slightly before or after that, I'm sure some more info will get posted here as we get closer to it's arrival. In VA, you should be able to get it at any Total Wine, most Whole Foods, Norms, Arrowine and other shops that cater to the craft beer community. Likely aren't going to find it at places like Safeway, Giant, Harris Teeter. If you follow Whole Foods Beer Market (Fair Lakes) on FB, I'm sure they will hype up the release in advance so you will have an idea of when stores in the area will be getting shipments in. Expect to pay $6-10 per bottle with 1-2 bottle limits at most places.
It will never hit any actual shelves. Of all the beers that hit our distribution system, KBS is probably the hardest to actually aquire.
