KBS in NC

Green Life in Asheville has it right now. $19.29/4-pack. Two 4-pack per customer limit. Just left there. I know they have at least four 4-packs left.

 

And a hush went out over BA as across the state early "lunches" were taken, and the sound of car engines could be heard from collectors and "significant others" alike......the search begins....."hello, nope it hasn't come in yet....sometime today....OK talk to ya in a few minutes"....

*NoMoreBeerBelly & VncentLIFE - It's obvious you guy's have no idea how Trucking, P.O.'s, inventory, release dates & the overall beer business works. Unfortunately, a lot of others don't know either, so your ignorant opinions that you portray as facts, ends up breeding that ignorance & ultimately misinforms others.

I know for a fact that Tryon goes to great lengths to get these beers distributed fairly throughout the whole state and sometimes they are at the mercy of the trucking companies or the breweries to get them the product on time and that the trucks are loaded correctly at the brewery with the right items and amounts ordered.
If that ends up meaning that Tryon holds off the release date till they get their whole allocation so all customers can receive it at the same time, then that's just good & considerate business towards their customers.

As of 11:30ish, Myers Park TW was sold out of Black Note and had quite a few KBS left... unfortunately it's a 1 bottle per person limit.

 

You were 100% correct!! VERY limited, but Black Note did indeed land in NC. Thx for the tip!

 

They had Plead the 5th as a consolation prize to not make it hurt so bad for those that missed out. But, damn, man, I've never had the chance to try KBS or black note before. At least I still have a few bombers of event horizon I can nurse the pain with.

 

They sold it in 4 packs so it went very quickly

 

Can anyone confirm if Black Note landed in Raleigh? I don't think it did

 

Total Wine in Ballantyne has KBS and Black Note. 1 bottle limit each per customer, per day. Haven't heard of a place in Charlotte selling them by the 4-pack.

 

Same with TW Huntersville - got 1 of each. Can't wait to try them!

total wino has it 1 per person. 2 per in Birkdale. not sure what is left. also black note at Birkdale but you had to ask about it.

 

As of 2 or so, they still had maybe 10 or so bottles at the customer service desk.

 

Carrboro Beverage has it- and are giving all the proceeds (at $10 per bottle) to a pediatric cancer charity- good for them, I say.

 

Total Wine in North Hills had it, and Bottle Revolution is showing that it also has Black Note (as club lotto only)
