KBS in NYC

    So the brewery release is this Saturday, will all the NYC area stores be selling their share of KBS on the Monday after (the 12th) the way CBS worked? Or will this be more like most releases, where whenever stores get it, they put it out?

    Anybody have confirmation that stores should have KBS on the 15th? I'm going into the city anyway on Thursday, trying to figure out if it's worth going in a bit earlier and hitting bottle shops in the morning.

    I'm pretty sure it will be released tomorrow 3/15 like the Founders website says. That's usually been the case. I just wonder what stores will get it. I know the typical good beer stores in NYC will get it.

    Does anybody know or think that Whole Foods Tribeca will get it? I have to be in that area early for work and wonder if I should take the time to go there.

    Seems its is being released in Atlanta today, so 1 day earlier... wonder if any shops are doing the same in NYC...

    KBS is shipping to stores on 3/15 and Long Island, Saturday 3/17.

    So NYC stores didnt get it already and wont be selling until they receive the shipment tomorrow (i.e. cant get to shop when it opens in the AM expecting to buy some)?

    And LI won't have it on the release date, but not until sometime Sat

    Looks like 1 bottle limit. They are also having a sierra nevada craft can tasting from 6-9. Torpedo and SNPA.

    At Whole Foods CC as of now. They have 2 cases. $21.99 per four pack or $5.99 per bottle. One four pack limit. Go to the beer room. Good luck.
