I'd be fine by that if it were my Wegman's.

Off topic slightly, but it looks like SMS is a few places in NYC. Just popped up at Bread & Honey for 5.99 a bottle. I already have my 4 KBS so I'll probably pass on that.

I think last year it was only $29.99/4 pk there. I wonder how much Little Bros. in Flemington will be selling it for, definitely at least $15/bottle.

Whole Foods Devon sold out. Wegmans Malvern had 2 bottles left @ $5.25 each after I left, 1 bottle limit.

That's my usual store and I was disgusted by that as well. In fact, will probably avoid them in the future as a result, especially with Cool Vines moving across the street soon.

Got a couple of bottles at Little Silver Bottle Shop, I can guarantee it is gone now.
I saw it posted on Instagram and was there in 30 minutes - only a case delivered.
I'm good now, no more of the searching.

I'm on this site every day, but it's impossible to know/remember every acronym/abbreviation. WTF is SMS?

Sunday Morning Stout - very similar to KBS. I only brought it up because someone else had mentioned in this thread. It's a good alternative if you can't find KBS (though not as good, I don't think).

Thanks. I'm aware of that beer (though I've never had it), but for some reason the acronym just didn't click.
I did score a couple bottles of KBS, so I'm good. :grinning:
Having had KBS and Péché Mortel for the first time within the past 3 weeks, I think I've developed a later-in-life taste for coffee.

Wasn't thrilled with the price there or Red Bank Spirits but I guess I paid for the convenience of not having to chase it down like crazy.

Yeah.. you may want to do that. It's going to be sour as fuck. I was in denial too until BA encouraged me to try it, saying "it's as good as it will ever be, but it's likely ruined already"

And it was. Sorry buddy. 3 months later and i'm still waiting for my Goose Island refund check.

That said, on the topic of KBS- my dad and I took a trip to Philly this weekend and were able to split a case for $140. Probably the best price i've gotten yet. Roger Wilco Pennsauken was also like $22/4pack.

Cook's Liquors in Westmont got a fair amount, but they sold through their available allotment pretty quickly, and at 8.99/btl. Not the best price, but still better than down the road where Cork n Bottle was supposedly selling them for like $11.50, which is just insane.
