The only store I would bother buying KBS from sells it for 17.99 or 18.99 a 4 pack no singles. Not planning to buy any this year but its prolly the only place that charges the normal mark up I've ever found. Pretty lucky its right by my house though saving 2 or 3 dollars on something you get once a year isn't that amazing.

I'm in the "splitting 4-packs is BS" crowd. Clearly Founders intends for it to be sold as a 4-pack... otherwise they'd just do single bottles like Avery. I consider it disrespectful to the brewers to be doing this nonsense and jacking up prices. There are way too many good BA stouts now on the market to justify overpaying.

My guy said last year he sold it for 17.50 and this year it was up to 21.19. So this year the price seems to have went up as well, not just markup.

They said they did and have every year. This year its been at the taproom since its release. The past couple years its only been on a few days. CBS has been on a lot as well.

The going rate in Maine seems to be $5.99 for a 12 oz single plus tax & deposit. I've heard some reports of 4-packs in the $20.99 - $22.99 range but most places seem to just selling singles.

I don't know what the price is this year that's just what I paid in years past so it very likely could have gone up.

Last year I asked a local store and they said $12 per bottle. Figuring it was a 22 oz I thought, "Sure!" Then they came out with that dinky ass bottle of not really that good of a beer.

If it's not really that good, why were you so excited to spend $12 on a bomber???

Just got my call that my 4-pack is in. $21.99
