Keeping Together - Santa Fe, NM

    Just wanted to give folks a heads up regarding this brewery. Averie Swanson was the Jester King Brewmaster before creating Keeping Together out of Half Acre's Chicago Lincoln Avenue brewery in 2019. Half Acre sadly sold this facility to Hop Butcher and Averie bottled her final offerings last year.

    Averie has since relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has brewed a few collaboration beers while simultaneously creating her brewery location with a planned early 2024 opening. I highly recommend her Saisons / Table Beers, and hope to visit Santa Fe in 2024 in part to visit her new space.

    Looks like everyone is still putting NM into the Mountain region...where it belongs :wink:
