Only two Architect of Harmony bottles left on Half Acre's web store. Figured these should go to one or two Beer Advocates.

Hope this means a new release will be available soon!

looks like a citrus / orange beer is in the works, and a strawberry rhubarb beer.

i had rhubarb growing in my backyard growing up, and it was incredible how much the flavors would change year to year. #HorticultureAdvocate

Man, if any locals want to grab a bottle of this, & her future releases, I'd be all for it. I've been a big fan of JK for many years now, and seeing her talk on IG with thebeertrekker was a neat insight into what she is doing.

I really enjoyed that beer a lot! My first from keeping together. That table beer sounds great too.

While I was checking Half Acre's current selections before heading down for their Riwaka Double Daisy Cutter Saturday release, I came across the newest Keeping Together released today. Thoughts Without a Thinker, is a 5.8%, a mixed culture saison brewed with Earl Grey Tea, re-fermented with orange juice and zest, and finished with a light addition of saffron.

$16 per bottle out of HA Lincoln. No sight of the ABV printed on the front of the pictured label, will report back to see if it appears on the reverse upon purchase.

While awaiting this release, I was scooping up Averie's vintage Jester King (still available) at a nice discount from Local Option.

@beardown2489 it sure was! I didn't make it until then end, but do recall being there past midnight.

I'm still definitely ISO bottles from Keeping Together, if anyone plans to visit anytime soon.

Just downed a bottle of the new one, its so good. The orange and the tea play together so well. Happy I drank it earlier in the day. Definitely tastes like breakfast. Be warned. Even after 18ish hours in my fridge it gushed. Be careful out there.

Architects of Harmony gushed for me. Tasted great once it calmed down.

grabbed a bottle on Friday, drank it with friends around a big, socially-distant campfire.

I have to say, this was another excellent beer that everyone enjoyed. But I had seen so many reviews and comments regarding its intense smokiness and.... I didn’t get intense smokiness at all.

did that flavor only appear super-fresh? Bottle variance? User error (don’t make me account for how fresh my palette was.)

Anyways, consider me fully onboard - I’ll pick up these beers as they are released.

I've really liked the most recent releases. I'd be all over it, if Keeping Together has some sort of cellar sale from their first couple releases.

Is it possible you didn't get intense smokiness from the beer because it was subtle in comparison to the actual smoke wafting over you from the campfire?

I thought the smokiness was not so apparent in the aroma, but very much like drinking mezcal in the flavor. I really liked the way that the aroma and flavor played together especially, layers building on each other. I can definitely see it getting lost if you're sitting in front of a literal fire. I'm similarly all in on future releases.
