Does anyone have much experience acquiring kegs for a personal tap system at home? Specifically in Northern Alabama(Bham and up) Every time I go and try and place an order with my local craft store it consists of me asking for 100 different options and they come back and say they can only get a few options( which is usually Lagunitas or something when im after more local kegs ie: straight to ale, good people). Is there not a place that has a list of available kegs to purchase? uggggghhhhh This is why I wish I could buy kegs direct form the brewery. Any info would be great
Hop City in Birmingham will tell you what the distributors have and then order something for you. They have done that a few times for me. They usually can fulfill the order in the same week if you call by Tues or Wed
