Keg question

    I have a keg that I've used for Berliners and was going to use it for a non wild beer. Should it be fine if I replace all gaskets and change the tap lines? Thanks in advance.

    Clean and sanitize as usual would be my advice.

    I disassemble keg, change o-rings, PBW, StarSan. I know people who get by without replacing all the o-rings, but I'm paranoid.

    I've had no trouble moving from sour to non-sour beer in kegs by employing my normal sanitation procedure. You'll be fine.
