I missed out on Rare but got some Coffee, Regal, and Barley Wine. I was pretty happy but the growler fills were pretty crappy 3/4 fills so I'm sure they won't hold up with all the air, but I really shouldn't complain about that.

High marks to Keg Stand on a very well-run event. The BCBS variants were cool, but I was also impressed that Barrel Aged Darnkess and some other very nice beers were still pouring in to the last hour. I liked that it was on a Sunday afternoon. It seems like maybe having the event on a Sunday kept people in check a bit more and I didn't see a lot of people that seemed out of control. Good value and a nice time. Good to see so many of the local beer folks and to meet some new faces as well.

The number of people who would receive their pour, then stand there at the front of the line to drink it was astounding. Get your pour and move on. That was just about my only gripe. Pretty fun event. I enjoyed the Passion Fruit Grunion a lot.

Leaving with a free growler of BA Darkness is such a nice value added bonus.
