Anyone got some good tips? Ideas? Gadgets? I hate doing it, but it's one of those needed things that if you put all the work into making a great beer, and taste like shit because the tap is full of shit and mold and old beer in the lines that fill up with junk and beer stone... I hate doing it, and I'm sure I'm taking way longer to do it, and with some simple "quick cleaning" each keg would be easier than a total break down one day and taking every tap off line at once.

See.. exactly what I'm looking for. I just broke down and ordered 4 new Perlick 525SS with all SS shanks and shit..
If you are switching from forward closers the the 525's you may need to add some line to slow the flow. They pour fast. For cleaning I use BLC and a pump kit to send it in through the shanks. Then I disassemble the faucets and soak them in the bucket of BLC. Rinse after 5 minutes or so, and back in business.
