Kegerator not working anymore

Haven`t used my kegerator in a couple years.Turned it on came back in a couple hours still warm not even a touch cool (this is with temp turned to max setting).

I could hear sounds of some sort of activity but no coldness.

Prior to this 2 year hiatus it worked properly with only about 4-6 kegs total used in its lifetime.

Any suggestions? Annoying that it would fart out from non-use now that I need it to keg homebrews!
