Hey everyone! I attempted to repair/recharge my Haier Kegerator (punctured evaporator) and I thought I thought everything was going swimmingly. The valve installation, vacuum pull and the R134 charge seemed to go according to plan. However, I plugged in the unit and the top of the top of the evaporator plate gets well cold (20 below) but the middle and the bottom doesn't get below 25 degrees. The compressor has run continuously since Sunday morning and has not turned off yet. The front door seal is strong. I don't notice any openings. Should I try a new thermostat? Am I missing something else? The service valve on the low side is reading about 6 PSI. Thank you for any help! (h/t to saatana for the idea to try to fix it myself in the first place)
